Student Accommodation
This project included the demolition of an old hospital and the construction of a 241 bedroom student accommodation development in 2 separate blocks.
The development is a mixture of studio and cluster bedrooms, complete with en-suite facilities, a management suite, laundry room and common room area.
Residential Schemes
Watchfactory in Prescot comprises 70 homes, including a range of one and two-bedroom apartments and 16 custom built bungalows. This former Victorian watch factory in Merseyside was transformed into a residential assisted care scheme mainly for people aged 55 and over and is now massively over-subscribed.
